This wholesaler is a leader in their chosen market segment.  With well-established relationships with it's customers, they are bucking the trend in a challenging retail environment.

In this role you will manage all specifications and technical quality control issues, working across entire product mix, and managing one of their major accounts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing specs and technical Quality Control issues
• Managing the review of Qual Spec reports process
• Assisting Product Developers in fabric and workmanship issues.
• Overseeing and executing all specification procedures, including measuring all fit samples
• Fabric testing and interpreting reports from China 
• Preparing, establishing and maintaining technically sound garment specifications for each style via sample orders for China and local developments through agreed sample order process
• You will conduct fits, complete specs, press and measure garments, ensuring QA / QC issues are communicated to China and assist with any issues as required.

What we are seeking:

• Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of garment construction and specifications
• High attention to detail
• Experience working with China
